How can I volunteer?

How to share in this program with your child?

It’s all about doing:

  • What you can
  • When you can
  • With what you can

Here are a few suggestions:

What did you do today?
What did you learn?
What did you like least/most?

This can be a great opportunity to spend time working together!

Do you like sewing?
How about music or reading?
What are your craft or cooking skills like?
Be creative and ask you local Salvation Army Sunbeam leader how you can be involved!

Reinforce her experience with words of encouragement and prayer. Sharing in your child’s adventure doesn’t have to cost you lots of money or time AND you both will benefit greatly for it
