It is a difficult task to choose one Corps Cadet or Corps Cadet brigade in the great state of Texas because they are all so AMAZING! We are proud of their growth and how God is using them to be ministers of His Gospel. One brigade who exemplifies this growth and use is found in KILLEEN, TEXAS. As a result of hard work and dependence on God, this brigade won the Divisional Commander’s Corps Cadet Award for their group…and it was well-deserved. This group of young people participate in everything from various aspects of worship (praise band, brass band, creative arts, scripture, etc.) to Community Care visitation to social services ministry.   They are consistent with their Corps Cadet lessons, and enjoy each other’s company. Under the leadership of Captains Chris and Kelly Bryant, these young men and women are learning what it means to be true soldiers of The Salvation Army. We are excited to see God’s Word alive in their faith and work, living right for their generation and the next.
